Whether you are sleeping in a tent under the stars, or in an RV, our scenic Campground can accommodate you. All of our water/electric/sewer sites are convenient, and our campground allows you to build a campfire, lay back, and enjoy a high country mountain atmosphere that both children and adults will enjoy.

Our campground / RV Park is located on Hawshaw Mountain in Avery county, at an elevation of 4,000 feet. The park is nestled amongst Mount Mitchell, Roan Mountain, Grandfather Mountain and many others. We are open all year so you can enjoy any or all of our seasons, and we offer daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal rates. RV sites offer full hook-ups, including water, 30 amp electricity, and sewer. Our bathhouses are clean, and feature flush toilets (bathhouse closed in winter, but we have Johnnie-on-the-Spot all-year). We are located in an area that offers many activities, including hiking, sightseeing, square dancing, and other social functions.
